Boy, has life been the busiest it has ever been with so many wonderful opportunities coming our way! It has felt like we have been sucked up into this vortex of time that spit us out into the Fall season! Wow...

Thank you all for sticking with me! While living the gluten free life, there is never a dull moment because your palette is always changing and adjusting to new flavors and recipes, and it is streamlining your taste buds for recognizing the culprit of our many ailments- Gluten!

Talking about streamlining, that is what I have been busy doing. Streamlining and revamping my website to make it much more modern and approachable to you, my dear reader! Not only is it a task to be reckoned with, it sure is exciting! It pumps me up and inspires me to continue creating new web pages for you!!!
